She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Haack and Edna Haack (Shoyer); and her sister Helen Salami. She is survived by: her siblings, Nancy Dungerow (Stan), Adeline Bowden, Ernest Haack (Donna), Amy Hoxie, Geri Sheedy, Tom Haack (Vickie), Shirley Waldron (Marion) and Mary Swanson (Gary). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and many other family and friends.
