He is survived by : his mother Patricia Kujala; his siblings, Todd Kujala (Jackie), Tina Schkade (Gregg), Ted Kujala and Troy Kujala (Dawn); and his nephew Justin Kujala. He is also survived by his nephew, nieces, cousins, and many friends.
