She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Hughes and Ida Hughes (Rush); her husband Charley; her sons, Louis, David and Dennis; and her brother Lloyd Rush.
She is survived by: her daughter Stacie Williams (Ray); and her grandchildren, Brandie Coan, Brittanie Williams, Kelley-Ray Williams and Korrey-Ray Williams. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers Evelyn would like memorials to be made to her family.
