With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lois Elaine Sarno of Covert, Michigan, born in Chicago, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 17, 2025 at the age of 99. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Blaney and Marjorie Blaney (Cox); and her husband Harry Sarno. She is survived by: her children, Jane Cowan (David) of Kalamazoo, Michigan, James Sarno (Edith) of South Haven, Michigan and Gail Smith (Lindsey) of South Haven, Michigan.; her grandchildren, Harry, Joseph, Maeva, Peter, Margaret, Keller, Lois, Samuel and Gale; her great grandchildren, Donovan, Gwendolyn, Katelyn, Logan, Elodie, Jules, Geny, Archer, Henry, George, Trevor, Lynwood, Arlo and Theodore; and her sister Margery Ford of Kalamazoo. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
