He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Bartley and Samantha Bartley (Densmore); and his siblings, Billy, Fred Bartley, Annabelle Grout and Sally Gielow.
He is survived by: his wife Sally A. Crowell; his son Bob (Patti) of Croswell; and his sister Sue Westbrook.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pomeroy Funeral Home - Croswell (6 S Howard Ave, Croswell, MI 48422). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Blue Water Hospice Home.
