It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald M. Reifert of Croswell, Michigan, who passed away on October 14, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Reifert and Shirley Reifert (Wagner); and his wife Carolyn E. Johnston. He is survived by: his children, Don, Jr. (Rebecca) of Croswell and Jennifer Carlo (Christopher) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Kilee, Austin, Paige, Angelina, Michael, Alaina, Haile and Aillianna; and his siblings, Timothy (Lisa) of Lexington, Penny Maskell (Terry) of Croswell and Terry Rhody (Frank) of Port Sanilac.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pomeroy Funeral Home - Lexington (5635 Main St, Lexington, MI 48450). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the St. Matthew Lutheran Church.
