He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Kettlewell and Dothyl Kettlewell (Fulmer); his wife Ruthann Victoria Soule; his siblings, Arnold, Robert, Tom Kettlewell and Carol; and his siblings-in-law, Lores Kettlewell, Bill Webster, Dale Filbeck, Bruce Soule, Lois Bailey, Shirley Brown Sensabaugh and Ed Whitney.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly Kettlewell (Amy Long), Vicky Forro (Bill) and Jimmy Kettlewell; his grandchildren, Garrett Forro, Megan Martin (Cliff) and Austin Forro (Samantha); his great grandchild Liam Martin; his siblings, MaryLu Webster, Joan Filbeck and Ralph Kettlewell (Donna); and his siblings-in-law, Delma Kettlewell, Linda Kettlewell, Sharon Meddaugh (Ray) and Mary Whitney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Croswell, the National Kidney Foundation, or Lakeshore AFC.
