She was predeceased by: her parents, Steven Fay and Vio Mater; and her daughter Freda Michelle Sylvester. She is survived by: her children, Debra Ann Decker, Frank Leslie Decker III, Pamela Sue Duddle and Cynthia (Greg); and her son-in-law Peter Sylvester. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren.
