He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Turner and Esther Turner; and his siblings, Jane and Alan. He is survived by: his wife Janice Turner (Osborn); and his sons, Robert (Cindy), David (Kristin), Stephen (Stacy) and John Turner (Pamela). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
