He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Virginia Lyons and Orville Lyons; his wife Debbie William; his children, Annette Reeves (Wayne) and Travis (Jenn); his grandchildren, Sean, Amber, Harleigh Reeves, Damon and Keegan Lyons; and his siblings, Orville Lyons (Hope), Mike Puckett (Milt), Frank Lyons, Bern Lyons and Meg Lyons (Ann).
Phile had one charity that he donated to consistently and the family would like donations to be made in his memory: The Commemorative Air Force because they keep old places flying.
