He is survived by: his wife Diane Hilberg (Harrington); his daughters, Erin Hilberg (Jon Pleaugh) and Kim Bjork (Scott Bjork); and his siblings, Ron Hilberg (Diane), Bill Hilberg (Rose), Jeanne Ferraro (Mike), Sandy Pfister (Kenton), George Hilberg (Patty), Rich Tegge, Linda Rajala (David) and Steve Tegge (Kathy). He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, and nephews, along with extended family.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Gary and Diane's (199 Noyes Rd, Crystal Falls, MI 49920).
