We announce the death of Glen William Erickson of Crystal Falls, Michigan, who passed away on September 6, 2026, at the age of 79. He was predeceased by: his parents, Toivo H. Erickson and May Wilgren Erickson (Owens); his siblings, Joyce Novey (Wilgren), June Farvour (Wilgren) and Robert H. Erickson; his great-nephew Aaron Ryan Demeny; his parents-in-law, Keith Stebbins and Lila Stebbins (Norkoli); and his brother-in-law Douglas Stebbins.
He is survived by: his friend Finn; his wife Rietta Erickson (Stebbins); his siblings-in-law, Keith "Butch" Stebbins (Karen), Marsha Sleeman, Dean Stebbins and Ron Stebbins (Sylviana); and his nephew James Demeny (Cindy). He is also survived by nephews and nieces; cousins; and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jacobs-Plowe Funeral Home (909 Crystal Ave, Crystal Falls, MI 49920). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Evergreen Cemetery (311 Logan St, Crystal Falls, MI 49920).
