The memory of Michael E. Takala of Crystal Falls, Michigan, who passed away on June 5, 2025 at the age of 63, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his father Wes Takala; and his brother-in-law Jere Joynson. He is survived by: his mother Norita Takala (Baranski) of Champlain, MN; his wife Donette Bleiler; his children, Wesley Takala (Wendy Maki) of Crystal Falls and Sarah Eury (Adam) of Pittsburgh, PA; his siblings, Joseph Takala (Heather) of Manistique, Marge Takala of Fruitport, MI and Maija Blobaum (John) of Champlain, MN; and his grandsons, Titan and Desmond. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Nash Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. (104 N 3rd St, Crystal Falls, MI 49920). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in his memory.
