She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Conklin and Jeannette Conklin (Pfannenstiel); her son F. Michael Hadley; and her brother James Conklin. She is survived by: her significant other Eldon Wait; her children, Ann Berard (Jack), Nancy Hadley, Susan Hadley (Dan Kivimaki), James Hadley and Thomas Hadley (Julie); her siblings, Thomas Conklin and Dorothy Sawvel; and her grandchildren, Jason, Jenny, Zach, Brandon, Graham, Ashley, Aaron, Sam, Sydney, Sarah, Jacob, Jessica and Paige. She is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren.
