He was predeceased by : his mother Sharon Hyde (Blair). He is survived by : his father Robert M. Hoffman; his wife Carol Hoffman (Omlin); his children, Joshua Hoffman (Andrea), Jacob Hoffman, Lucas Hoffman (Tina), Sumer Hoffman and Maria Hoffman; and his sister Tammy Hoffman Fiolek (Joe). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
