He is survived by: his wife Betsy Hale; his daughters, Amy Hines of Traverse City, MI and Christy Provost (Jeff) of Marquette, MI; his sister Sue Sigel (Richard) of Knife River, MN; and his grandchildren, Joey, Haley Provost, Jeff and Taylor Hines (Chad Bruce).
