She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kudwa and Mary Kudwa (Dybas); her husband Louis Kozol; and her siblings, Eva, Stella, Jennie, Joe, Joann, John and Louis.
She is survived by: her son Paul Kozol (Deborah); her granddaughters, Mary Jo and Ann Marie; her niece Kathy Ball; and her close friend Betsy Diegel.
