He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hagglund and Agnes Hagglund (Walback); his stepson Dennis Mitchell, Sr.; and his brother Robert Hagglund. He is survived by: his wife Alice Hagglund of Crystal Falls; his grandchildren, Brenda Ragio (Tony) of Crystal Falls, Tracie McNichol (Erik) of East Tawas, MI, Angela Stoor (Ric) of Waunakee, WI and Dennis Mitchell Jr. (Jordyn) of Crystal Falls; and his great grandchildren, Billy, Kelsey Ragio, Connor McNichol, Hattie, Jack Stoor and Mavrick Mitchell.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Walt's memory may be made to the United Lutheran Church.
