He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Richards and Sharon Richards (Stahler). He is survived by : his wife Cindy; his children, Keith Richards, Jr. (Kristy), Ryan Richards and Michele Hill (Morgan); his stepdaughter Amanda Boland (Pat); his siblings, Denise Richards (Bryon), Doreen Gifford (Gary), Danette Lane (Rick), Danaca West (Bill), Kevin Richards (Barb) and Kurt Richards (Mindy); and his grandchildren, Katelyn (Alex), Kobe, Karter, Karlie, Myles, Maisie and Macland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be directed to the Mio Baptist Church.
