She was predeceased by: her parents, Edmund Namiotka and Josephine Namiotka (Guley); her husband Glen Genung; her daughter Denise Genung; and the parents of child, Edmund and Josephine Namiotka.

She is survived by: her children, Deborah Smith (Scott), Kristin Genung (Chris Smiecinski) and Michael Genung (Lyetta); her siblings, Edmund Namiotka (Carol) and Patricia Genung (Dennis); and her brother-in-law David Genung (Beth). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
