She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Whitaker and Mary Whitaker (Wing); her husband Robert Edwards of Mary's Catholic Church; her daughter Denise; and her siblings, Joe Whitaker, Jane Myer and Suzy VanderWall.
She is survived by: her children, Rev. Tammy Bacon (Ron) and Troy Edwards (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Mindy Reed (Shaun), Dan Bacon (Jennifer), Adam Edwards, Austyn Keson, Zac, Makana Edwards and Carter Knee; her great grandchildren, Kirsten, Haley, Zoe Bacon, Toby, Max Reed, Tessa and Cohen Keson; her brother Daniel Whitaker (Christine); and her siblings-in-law, Cheryl Edwards, Linda Whitaker, Carol Edwards, Cathy Brown, J. R. Linteman, Ed Myer and Jerry VanderWall. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many great friends, especially her church family.
