We announce the death of Janice Sederquist of Daggett, Michigan, who passed away on October 7, 2026, at the age of 86. Janice will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Baumler and Ethel Baumler (Corry); her husband Paul; her in-laws, Harry and Hildur Sederquist; her granddaughters, Katie and Kellie Beardsley; her siblings, Richard Baumler and Verna Hummel; and her brothers-in-law, Arnie Hummel and Dennis Meskin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sandy Beardsley (John), Kim Belec (Fred) and Pam Sederquist; her grandchildren, Chris Beardsley (Maura), Nicole Wilczynski (Dillon), Josh Sobay, Teran Belec and Zachary Belec; her great grandchildren, Beau, Lainey, Eli Beardsley and Adley Wilczynski; her sister Donna Meskin; and her sister-in-law Judy Baumler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the St. Stephens Lutheran Church (S214 Willow St, Stephenson, MI 49887). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 5:30 PM to 6:15 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Bethesda Cemetery (N 9652 Linderoth Rd P 3, Daggett, MI 49821).
