He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Lee and Fanny Arbutus Miller; and his brother Jack Charles Miller. He is survived by : his wife Carole Sue Miller; his sons, Brian Miller and Jason Miller (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Myranda Gunnells (Tommy), Alyssa Knisely (Kayne), Kyle, Devin and Brooke Miller; and his great grandchildren, Adalynn and Ava Gunnells. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
