He is survived by: his significant other Cristy; his partner's daughter Heather; his son-in-law Brandon; his pet Riley; his siblings, Kris Lloyd (Jane), Robert Goforth (Teresa), Ruth Goforth and John Goforth; his in-laws, Lana Pierce (Greg), Crystal Bentley, Dennis Wise (Sue) and Rhonda Lloyd; and his nieces and nephews, Faye, Ryan Willow (Aimee), Sawyer, Elisa, Megan (Bryan), Emma, Brynn (Scott), Andrew (Kylene), Presley, Angela (Ronny), Tyler, Mae Lynn (Greg) and Melissa.
