She was predeceased by: her former husband Robert Vought; her husband Loyd Whitaker; her children, Crystal Vought and Brian Vought; and her siblings, Clarence, Henry, John, Don, Frank Visser and Grace Van Dyk.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Sybille Vought; her grandchildren, Emma Prong (Paul), Paul Vought (Mickenzie), Ross Vought (Kelsey), Kate Vought, Anna Vought and Desiree Fast (Brian); her great grandchildren, Lucy, Nora Vought, Banks, Stevie Vought and Samuel Fast; her brothers, Paul Visser (Margaret), Robert Visser (Newana), David Visser (Beverly), Kenneth Visser (Nancy) and Ray Visser (Suzanne); and her brother-in-law Jim Van Dyk (Marlene). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bible Baptist Church in Traverse City, in Aleta's memory.
