He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Thomas Sr. and Evelyn Hards (Creed); his wife Patricia; his sister Ellen Weihl; and his nephew Greg Weihl.
He is survived by: his sons, Preston (Angela) and Scott Hards (Ever); his grandsons, Preston and Mitchell (Vicki); and his nephew Jeff Weihl (Betsy). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Dunstan's Episcopal Church (1523 N Oak Rd, Davison, MI 48423).
