He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Kelts and Anna Kelts (Houck); his wife Joan Fortune; his sons, Robert Norman Kelts and Joel Thomas Kelts; and his grandson Bryan Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Joan Whitman (Jon), Beth Archambeau (Carl), Jack Kelts (Ginny), Kenneth Kelts (Teresa), Sharon Kelts (Vicki), Judith Kelts, Mitzi Fromwiller (Tim), Lori Cornack (John), Melanie Morey (Bill), Julie Williams, Andre Kelts and Charlene Lundy (Eric); and his brother Donald Fick (Patricia). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren.
