He was predeceased by: his stepchild Macy Mansfield; and his father Robert Raymond. He is survived by: his wife Kerri; his children, Samantha Holcomb (Mike), Haley Raymond, Carley Raymond and Gavin Raymond; his stepchildren, Amelia Mansfield, Morgan Johnson and Kailey Johnson; his granddaughter Athena; his mother Janet Davis-White; his parents-in-law, Henry and Diane Wildeman; his siblings, Kelly Anderson (Shane) and Ryan Muglia (Taylor); and his grandparents, Darwin Davis (Teresa) and Suzanne Kozma. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
