He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Charlebois and Doris Charlebois (Jacobs); and his sister Debbie Myers. He is survived by: his wife Carol Charlebois; his children, Chris Charlebois, René Szatkowski (Jamie) and Jeremy Charlebois; his stepchildren, Dana Tamai (Goro) and Kyle Thatcher; his grandchildren, Jacob, Nathan, Gillian, Adelyn, Westley, Emily and Ian; his stepgrandchildren, Finn and Nina; and his brothers, Dennis Charlebois (Darlene) and Daniel Charlebois (Etta). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to McLaren Hospice, in David's memory.
