He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Hilden and Alma Drake; and his father-in-law Charles. He is survived by: his wife Susan Hilden; his sister Linda Blake (Ken); his sister-in-law Karen Williams (Curtis); his nephew Nicholas Williams (Emily); his niece Samantha Baker (Jason); his great-nieces, Charlotte, Emma and Grace; his great-nephew Oliver; and also, Jim and Mary Brandt.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Michigan Humane Society or the Brain Injury Association of America, in David's memory.
