Dustin Roy Carey Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dustin Roy Carey of Davison, Michigan, who passed away on December 9, 2025, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Dustin leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Royce Carey and Suzanne Carey (Fernette); and his sister Sandra Hyatt. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Wright of Andrew's Air Force Base; his children, Nicole Blackford (Ben) and Robin Carey (Gabe); his brother-in-law Jack Hyatt; Rudy. He is also survived by the dog; many nieces and nephews, other loving family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, his family requests either memorial contributions be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to plant a tree in his memory.
