He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Ratza and Bernice Ratza (Fox); his daughter Janis Ratza; and his brothers, William, Vernon and Bernard.
He is survived by: his wife Velma Ratza; his children, Greg Ratza (Penni), Gayla Dean (James), Dawn Swadling (Brad), Gary Ratza (Gayle) and Mark Ratza (Debbie); his grandchildren, Shane, Adrian, Michael, Jennie, Krystal, Kyle, Nicole, Corey, Alicia and Aaron; and his stepgrandchildren, Celena, Bobby, Sarah and Richie. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren; and many other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church or a charity of the donor's choice, in Francis' memory.
