He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward Moran and Marjorie Rose Burcham; and his sister Arlene Jean Gonzalez. He is survived by: his brother Robert William Moran; his wife Shirley; his stepchildren, Scott Harris (Amy) and Carrie Knapp (Joseph); his grandchildren, Chloe Talbot (Ian), Graeme Harris (Kristin), Rilee Lawless (Kyle), Sydnee Keucken, Zachary Knapp (Kerolay), Adrienne Meyer (James), Ian Knapp (Mekenna), Ashley Kraft (Casey) and Jackson Knapp; and his great grandchildren, Hugo Talbot, Aiden Meyer, Emily Meyer, Isabella Knapp, Olivia Knapp, Bentley Kraft, Blain Kraft, Mavrik Knapp and Calvin Knapp.
