He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond "Tim" Childers and Shirley Childers (Bearinger); his siblings, Sandy Childers, Timmy Childers, Susan Samp and Scott Childers; his parents-in-law, Clarence and Romaine Balwinski; and his pets, Riley and Jax.
He is survived by: his wife Lori Childers; his children, Kris Childers (Danielle) and Josh Childers; his daughter-in-law Katrina Davis; his grandchildren, Alexis Lacy (DJ), Gracie Childers, Dylan Childers and Hannah Childers; his great grandchild Lylah Lacy; his siblings-in-law, Paul Samp, Amy Morse (Jerry) and Jim Balwinski (Karen); and his pet Jemma. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 22nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Davison Eagles (3270 N State Rd, Davison, MI 48423).
