He is survived by: his wife Margo Anne Carey; his daughters, Angela Squire (Mike), Patricia Lester (Stan), Jacqueline Koss (Kevin) and Rachel Leist (Eric); his grandchildren, Tristan (Cassie), Madison, Lauren, Morgan, Emma, Olivia, Anna and Kennedy; and his great grandchildren, Avery and Nova. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
