He is survived by: his children, Wade Spade (Tiffany) and Stacie Barbera (Jeff); his grandchildren, Samantha Miller (Michael), Charlotte Wilson (Donald), Allie Spade, Austen Spade and Hannah Talbert (Eric); his children, Joseph Barbera, Jessa Spade and Jillian Spade; his great grandchildren, Nova Wilson, Isabella Spade, Luna Wilson, Declan Wilson, Ryder Miller, Della Miller and Rowan Spade; his sisters, Barbara Spade and Linda King; and his close friend Neil Benmark (Deb). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
