He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie "Bill" Mulherin and Mary Mulherin (Harmon); and his sister Dorothy Thon. He is survived by: his wife Susan Mulherin; his daughter Christina Schwabauer (Michael); his grandchildren, Jessica Mutch (Alexander), Andrew Schwabauer (Mariah), BriAnna Schwabauer (Daniel Turgeon) and Abigail Schwabauer; his great grandchildren, Jackson Mutch, Adaline Mutch and Damon Schwabauer; his siblings, Patricia Lemek, Johnny Mulherin (Kathy), Michael Mulherin (Marie), Sandy Greanya (Dave), David Mulherin, Richard Mulherin (Jennifer) and Timothy Mulherin (Sherri); his close friends, Leonard Ruggles, Alan DeBuck, Fred Jackson, Philip Jelnick, Dave Minto, Dale, Anita Prior and Greg Mischel; and also Frank Lemek. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Allen Funeral Home (9136 Davison Rd, Davison, MI 48423). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to National Kidney Foundation in honor of Jim.
