He was predeceased by: his parents, William Eugene Sprague and Beatrice Marie Sprague (Raymond); his wives, Patricia Ann Sprague and Kate Ilene Sprague; his siblings, Max, Bill, Judy and Verna; and his grandson Christopher Sprague.
He is survived by: his children, Joy Ross (Tim), James Sprague (Pam), Jessie Sprague (Terrie) and Pam Kennedy (Stephen); his stepchildren, Mark Nichols, Lisa Nichols and Scott Nichols; and his siblings, Dave and Lynn. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and numerous other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (1480 E Hill Rd, Grand Blanc Twp, MI 48439). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to Atlas Road Church Of God in Davison, St. Jude Childrens Hospital, or The American Heart Association.
