We are sad to announce that on June 8, 2025, at the age of 100, John Thomas Sperla Sr. of Davison, Michigan passed away. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sperla and Stella Sperla (Gajda); his wife Audrey I. Sperla; and his siblings, George Sperla and Marge Jablonski (Erney).
He is survived by: his family Marilyn; his girlfriend Marilyn Pittsley; his children, Nancy Worthing (Wes), John Sperla, Karen Milito (Ken), Pam Sperla-Willacker, Phil Sperla and Kim Cereske (Thom); and his sister-in-law Janet Sperla. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. A rosary will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Allen Funeral Home (9136 Davison Rd, Davison, MI 48423). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (404 Dayton St, Davison, MI 48456).
