She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Helcher and Dorma Helcher (Koppelberger); her husband William Diffin; her son Dennis; her granddaughter Erin Pedersen; her great grandchild Memphis; and her sister Evelyn Kryska (DeDe).
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Cox (Todd) of Kingsley, MI., Leonard Poole (Stephanie) of Falling Waters, WV, Michelle Poole of Davison, MI. and Shannon "Danni" Pederson of Umatilla, FL.; her grandchildren, Kevin Poole, Katrina Nash (Dennis), Logan Poole, Lacie Poole (Jerry Barylski), Matthew Spencer (LeeAnne), Billy Wright-Cox (Haley), Zachary Poole, James Cox, Ian Cox, Abigail Poole, Claire Poole, Ryan Pederson (Abagail) and Miranda Pedersen; her great grandchildren, Talena, Julian, Isaac, Eli, Chevelle, Liam, Lennon and Florence; and her brother Harry Helcher (Janice).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the First Flint Seventh-Day Adventist Church (G-4285 Beecher Rd, Flint, MI 48532). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
