He was predeceased by: his father Day. He is survived by: his wife Kaye Panchula; his grandchildren, Zoe, Arabella and Savannah; his brothers, Nick Panchula (Mary Beth), Phil Panchula (Linda) and Joe Panchula; and his brothers-in-law, Mike Contos and E. J. (Jackie).
That is why, in lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the PSP Association for Progressive Supranuclear Palsy research and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, causes that were meaningful to Richard and his family.
