He is survived by: his daughter Barbie McCummings (Dale Grubb); his grandchildren, Kiesha McCummings and Dale Grubb III (Shelly); his great grandchildren, Madison Mayberry (Carl), Makayla Allen, Brealyn Grubb and Dale Grubb IV; his great great grandchildren, Mavis Mayberry, Bowen Mayberry and Whinsly Mayberry; and his sisters-in-law, Judy McCummings and Shirley McCummings. He is also survived by other loving family members and good friends.
