He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol Wolcott (Spangler) and Samuel Dutt Wolcott Jr.; and his nephew Tyler Olcott. He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his children, Victoria Elizabeth Schmidt (Alex) of Fairfax, VA, Rebecca Carol Wolcott of Rochester Hills, Matthew Michael Smith, Jr. of Davison, Samuel Dutt Wolcott IV of Rochester Hills and Riley Dennis Smith of Davision; his granddaughter Sylvia Schmidt; and his sisters, Deborah Neuman (Jerry) of Camillus, NY, Carol Lynn Olcott (Tim) of Camillus, NY and Susan Bahnick (Jim) of Breingsville, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
