Steven Lawrence Provost Obituary
We announce the death of Steven Lawrence Provost of Davison, Michigan, who passed away on August 9, 2026, at the age of 71. Steven will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Provost and Eleanor Provost (Swain); his grandmother Mildred Swain; his in-laws, Fred and Rosalie Turkovics; his aunt Bettie Hacker; his nephew Chad Provost; and his niece Janel Provost.
He is survived by: his wife Katrina Provost; his daughter Tonya Provost; his son-in-law Michael Hawkins; his children, Daniel Provost (Jessica Cavanaugh) and Katelyn Boyer (Scott Byrne); his grandchildren, Ava Hawkins, Lorelai Provost and Maverick Byrne; and his siblings, Jeffrey Provost (Robyn), Cynthia Wright (Chuck), Dennis Provost (Lorraine), Lori Wright, Jody Provost (Cheryl Fortner), Ramona Turkovics, Calvin Turkovics (Julia) and Mark Turkovics (Paula). He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Madden's Lounge (809 N State Rd, Davison, MI 48423).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Xceptional Heroes, in Steven's memory.
