He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bernard and Frances Mary Simon (Sitko); and his brother Edward Francis Simon. He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Simon; and his friends, Tawnya Stock (Dave), Frances Trotman, Gladstone B. Trotman, Mitch Wardosky (Debra), Gwyn Farkas (Tom), Stallman and Deb Lorenz. He is also survived by other loving family members and good friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Holy Rosary Catholic Church or Holy Rosary Catholic School, in Tom's memory.
