He was predeceased by: his parents, John Menne and Hilda Menne (Janke); and his siblings, Virgina Barber, Ilene Stiff, Jacqueline Allen, Frank Menne and Michael Menne.

He is survived by: his children, Joseph Menne (Magy), Brenda O'Connor (Rick) and Wayne Menne, Jr. (Boby Jo); and his sisters, Jeannette Kraus, Lois Inman and Rosella Eldridge. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
