William Clancy Obituary

We announce the death of William Clancy of Davison, Michigan, who passed away on October 21, 2026, at the age of 81. William will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clancy and Grace Clancy of Port Byron, NY.. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne; his daughters, Jennifer Allen (Paul), Tiffany Hopper (Phillip) and Erin Clancy (Hank); his grandchildren, Clancy Hopper (Halle), Whitman Hopper, Meara King, Abbey Messing, Morgann King, Ellery Allen and Rush Allen; his great grandchildren, Cal and Henry Hopper; and his godchildren, Jamie Lochen and Nickolas Breidenstein. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (404 Dayton St, Davison, MI 48423). A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Parkinson Voice Project in honor of Bill or St. John Music Ministry.
