He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Ann Sanders; his children, Mark Dale McFarlane, Diane Decker (late Jeoffrey) and Robert George McFarlane (late Barbara); and his parents, Leona McFarlane and George McFarlane.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Sharon Buslepp (Bob Stevenson), Lynn Smith, Laura Ladtkow and Sue McFarlane; Kerry Palmer. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
