Charles Durfee, of Dearborn Heights, Michigan, passed away on October 5, 2026, at the age of 70.

Charles was a devoted husband to his wife, Kathie Durfee, and a loving father to his sons, Matthew and Tim.

Charles spent his career working for the United States Postal Service. Outside of work, he enjoyed the simple things that meant the most to him. He had a love for the outdoors and could often be found hunting or fishing. He was also a talented woodworker who enjoyed working with his hands and creating things that could be appreciated for years to come.

Above all, Charles will be remembered for the life he shared with his family and the memories he leaves behind. He will be deeply missed by Kathie, Matthew, Tim, and all of the family and friends whose lives he touched.
