He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel and Barbara; and his brother James Zywica (late Cis). He is survived by: his siblings, Debbie Zywica (Patrick), Dawn Hendrick (Ken), John Forrester (Heather) and Michele Mackey. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
